  • How long will this process take to repair my credit?
  • Will my credit score improve?

  • How long does the process usually take?

    It may take 1-2 months before you start to see results, may take up to six months. It all depends on the number of dispute letters that are sent per account, per month. The credit bureaus will review all documents submitted and by law, they have 30 days to respond. It's so important that when they send a status update, you send it to us immediately so that we can respond.

  • Will credit repair improve/increase my credit score?

    The removal of incorrect information such as your name being misspelled, incorrect addresses etc will help expedite the process. This is one of the reasons we ask for a photo ID, a document with your address on it and your current & previous addresses up front so that we have all of the information we need to continue with the process and keep things going at a fast pace. Removing negative, inconsistent statues and cleaning up errors will absolutely improve your credit score. Remember, pay down your utilization on active revolving debt!

  • What should I do with these Credit bureau letters?

    Make sure you're sending all letters/correspondence to us by uploading them directly onto the portal or via mail at the P.O. Box address 10484 Merrillville, IIn. 46411. If you haven't received any letters, don't worry, you will! The key to staying on top of this is for you to help us help you by sending all letters from the credit bureaus to us immediately so that we can quickly determine our next steps and get you the results you deserve.

  • Is there anything I can do to expedite this process?

    • Continue to pay your bills on time. We don't want to create new issues when we're trying to get older items removed or disputed
    • Try not to open any new lines of credit during this process. Our goal is to increase your score so that when you're ready to make purchases, big or small, that you're getting the best offers with the lowest interest rates
    • Log into the secure client portal every couple of weeks to check the progress and see how things are going
    • Send all correspondence from any of the creditors, bureaus, etc to us ASAP
    • Call or email if you have any questions
